Warranty: 24 months

• We provide 24 months product warranty (2 year) for defects for all end users customers according European Law.
• Warranty covers all faults that happens during proper usage of products. All items will be repaired or replaced within 30 days period.
• Warranty: 12 months for business users and companies.

To claim warranty please follow these policies:

• The product must be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions for use.
• The product must not have been damaged by improper use, handling, or storage.
• The product must not have been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable items (such as batteries, light bulbs, etc).
• The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, in order to make a claim under the warranty. If you lost your receipt than contact us we will search it for you.

Returns

• All items are eligible for returns within 14 days according to Civil Code . However there are certain exceptions that are stated in civil code such as food, certain drugs, hygienic equipment, hygienic protection supplies, crypto miners, gold and software licensees
• You are also eligible for returns if items are not working as described or if they are lacking promised functionalities.

After Warranty service

• We provide after warranty service. We are authorized service repair center for ASIC miners for Europe.
• Offer firmware upgrades for ASIC miners is provided for 5 years after intimal item release.
• Offer recycling services for products that are no longer covered under the warranty, allowing customers to dispose of their old products in an environmentally friendly manner.
