1. Pre-Order Items
VK Miner cannot guarantee the exact hashrate for pre-ordered items, as manufacturers may ship varying models under the same label. If the hashrate received differs from your order, VK Miner will provide compensation proportional to the difference. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled, and we do not issue refunds on pre-orders.
2. Faulty Goods
If items arrive faulty, you may request an exchange or repair within 3 calendar days of receipt. To initiate the process, contact Customer Services for a prepaid returns label. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once the fault is verified, we will process a replacement or repair. If our technicians determine the item is not faulty, it will be returned to you at your expense. Faulty items outside the initial 3 days but within the warranty period are eligible for repair. For items under manufacturer’s warranty, VK Miner can assist with repair ticket creation on the manufacturer’s website.
3. Cancellations & Unwanted Goods
Orders can be canceled before shipment, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. VK Miner does not accept returns for refunds on unwanted items, and all sales are final. For faulty goods received upon arrival, contact us within 3 days for an exchange.
4. Damaged Items in Transit
Report any items damaged during transit within 3 working days. If the item is visibly damaged at delivery, refuse the delivery and immediately inform Customer Services. Damaged items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once received and verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued through the original payment method.
5. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order has missing or incorrect items, contact Customer Services at support@vkminer.com or call +1-217-381-6172 within 3 days. VK Miner will work to resolve the issue promptly to ensure you receive the correct items.
6. Manufacturer Support
For faster resolution of certain issues, VK Miner may direct you to the manufacturer for support. This ensures quicker processing of repair or replacement claims. Products sold as new have a warranty period according to the policy of manufacturers & products sold as open-box or clearance have a limited 30-day warranty.
7. Special Conditions on Refunds
Certain products, such as open or used software, customized items, or miner systems altered for purposes beyond their intended use, are not eligible for refunds. We also cannot accept returns of some unsealed & used products like headphones or similar products due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
